Origami
It is s the Japanese popular art of paper folding. This art
implies transforming a simple sheet of paper into any object you can
think of. It can be an animal, a decorating object, a flower, an
envelope, or even a toy. Besides, they can be two-dimensional and
three-dimensional subjects. You only need a piece of paper and some
folding instructions!
Kintsugi
It is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum; the method is similar to the maki-e tech .Kintsugi can relate
to the Japanese philosophy of mushin ("no mind"), which encompasses
the concepts of non-attachment, acceptance of change, and fate as
aspects of human life.
Moai
Moais are social support groups that form in order to provide varying support from social, financial, health, or spiritual interests.Moai means "meeting for a common purpose" in Japanese and originated from the social support groups in Okinawa. The concept of Moais have gained contemporary attention due to the Blue Zone research popularized by Dan Buettner.
Ikigai
The Japanese word “ikigai” means a “life purpose ”
or “raison d'être.” ( reason to live). Ikigai refers to defining your personal meaning of
life in relation to your talents, passions, and profession, as well as
what you can give to the wider world.
